Starkey Station is a convenience store and gas station located in beautiful Starkey, Oregon. Nestled in the heart of Oregon's prime Elk and Deer country, we have lots to offer the visitor who loves the back country, but wants to stay on the pavement. Starkey has the best bike and motorcycle riding in all of America! Thousands of miles of paved mountain roads just beckoning to be explored.

The Station offers grocery, propane, gas, & diesel. We are developing showers, rest rooms, and a Deli that will offer you some refreshments. In the future we will have an outdoor Barbeque where the feature will be Elk burgers. If wild game is not your fancy, then we can fix you a regular beef burger too. We get our beef from Hill Meats in Pendleton OR and the Elk burger comes from the Rosse Posse Acres Elk Ranch in Molalla, OR.

Starkey Station not only offers food, grocery, fuel, clothing, and a place to set your RV or tent, but we are the Authorized Dealer in the La Grande area for the Traeger pellet Barbeque, which is made in Mount Angel, Oregon.

In the summer time you can count on Starkey Station being open for you on the weekends. However, during the week I may be out on the motorcycle taking in all the beauty of the area. If you stop by the store and it seems closed, just read the sign on the door for directions on how to get service. This is a small community and there are many keys to the store and people ready to help you. You see, I am retired, and I’m trying to enjoy that. If you think this is a poor way to run a store then you need to purchase the store and run it your way. I will be willing to make you a good deal.
